Discovery Cable is a long-established specialist in
Stuart, Florida. Like most of the manufacturers with
whom we work they are small, obsessive and rely on
product quality, value for money, word of mouth
recommendation and repeat business instead of large
advertising budgets and audio magazine coverage.
We were recommended the Discovery Cable Plus 4 tonearm cable as the perfect partner for our Capriccio tonearm. We tried it and were convinced. We ordered sample interconnects and were delighted. In comparisons with currently available designs, the Essence was preferred to a prestigious silver cable at three times its price.
All Discovery cables utilise a patented reverse lay stranding technique. This proprietary method of stranding eliminates EMI within each conductor. Their products utilise only high purity oxygen-free copper and Teflon dielectric.

Eight conductors spiraled around a hollow Teflon tube (to keep capacitance down) with foil and braid shields provides exceptional detail, nuance and tonal accuracy. Unique design locking phono plugs.
